Bookings & Deposits
A 50% deposit is taken when booking to secure your appointment time.
The balance is simply paid on the day of your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non‑refundable.
If late cancellations happen regularly, I may kindly ask for full payment upfront for future bookings.
Arrivals
Please arrive at your appointment time, as the room may still be being prepared for you.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be a little shorter so the next appointment isn’t delayed.
Parking
If there’s just one car in the drive, it will be mine — so please feel free to park in the drive.
If there are two cars, one may belong to another client, so please avoid blocking them in and use the street parking instead.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments (e.g. Botox, fillers, or chemical peels).
If you have a cold‑sore, sunburn or open wound affecting the treatment area, I won’t be able to go ahead with your facial that day and we’ll need to reschedule.
If you’re feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you rebook for another time.
Privacy
Any personal or medical information you share is kept completely confidential and only used to tailor your treatment safely.
